Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Have all original tags and labels attached

Important: Please contact our support team before returning any items to receive the correct return/exchange address.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1:
Email us at cdximenservice@outlook.com to request the return/exchange address.
Step 2:
Carefully repackage your item(s) according to the instructions provided and ship them to:

Step 3:

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 3 business days after your return is received and approved.
Order Cancellation
We process most orders quickly, often starting within 24 hours.

Processing Time: We typically begin processing orders within 24 hours after they are placed.

Cancellation Window: If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at cdximenservice@outlook.com. To be eligible, the cancellation request must be made before the order is shipped and within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return if needed.
Shipping Fee Responsibility

Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is initiated by the consumer for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or preference), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
The exact shipping cost will be determined by the express or courier service selected by the consumer. -
Returns Due to Our Responsibility
If the return is caused by our error, including receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the consumer will not be required to bear any return shipping costs.
In such cases, we will provide appropriate return instructions or cover the shipping fee accordingly.
